Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, rigorous lessons aligned with the curriculum and a Biblical worldview
- Integrate Christian values into classroom instruction, culture, and relationships
- Assess, monitor, and support students’ academic, spiritual, and social growth
- Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
- Collaborate actively with colleagues, school leadership, and parents
- Participate in ongoing professional development and spiritual formation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching, learning, and school culture
- Participate in school life from devotions and assemblies to extracurricular activities and service projects
Qualifications & Experience
- A growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a calling to Christian education
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- Strong communication, planning, and classroom management skills
- A heart for mentoring and discipling students
- Minimum of two years teaching experience
- Experience in a Christian or international (Cambridge) school setting is preferred
- Familiarity with student-centered learning and differentiated instruction
- Comfort working with diverse learners, including English Language Learners
