What are the advantages of the CIE program?

How does CIE work with the British Council?
Cambridge University works with the British Council Offices as an executing agency for its program in Rwanda. The British Council works alongside Wellspring Academy to ensure administrative and exam security as well as providing teacher training and communication relating to CIE program development. After completing CIE year 12, can a student apply for continued education in Rwanda?
